The hon. supreme court had said that it is necessary istall speed governor in every heavy vehicle.But some bus owners and tipper lorry owners are against this.Why they are like this?

Will "smart city" start working in ernakulam ? I don't know. There is always some political problems in L.D.F.This may be the reason of making more time on smart city.
